Buffalo Chicken Bowls

I am a huge fan of “bowl” meals. Put everything in the bowl, mix it up, and YUM!

Buffalo chicken:

4 large chicken breasts
1 cup Frank's (or your fave) hot sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4-6 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp vinegar

Trim chicken and put in the crockpot.

In a bowl, mix the melted butter, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, and vinegar together.

Pour mixture over the chicken.

Set crockpot on high and cook for 3 hours.

Shred chicken with 2 forks in a large bowl.

Adjust with more hot sauce if needed.

Toppings:

Rice
Corn - frozen or canned
Black beans
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Sliced avocado
Sauce - I use the Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Dip Ranch Mix packet

Combine! I usually put rice on the bottom of my bowl, top with the shredded buffalo chicken and then all my veggies and ranch!
