It turns out that the old fashioned way of bread making helps break down the gluten in wheat. I have been seeing lots of research that says making my own bread could mean I could eat it once in a while even with a sensitivity to gluten! Bread making has always intimidated me but one night I decided to give it a go!

In college, when I could eat anything and everything I wanted, I LOVED Taco Bell! Mexican pizzas, tacos, 7 layer burritos, and the crunch wrap supreme. Now that I know there is Gluten present in the beef, I thought I could make it at home with a fresher taste!
Lasagna. One of my favorite foods of all time. My mother (R&R’s grammy) makes the absolute best lasagna. For our wedding, she laminated a bunch of recipes written by the women in my family and put them into a recipe box. Avocados are by far one of my top 5 favorite foods. When you can mush those up and put them on chips and tacos or slice them up for salads, or eggs – SOLD! The possibilities are really endless. I have come up with 3 easy guacamole recipes. Each has more ingredients than the last and they all build on each other. You can make a great guacamole with the things you have in your fridge!
What kid doesn’t like chicken nuggets? R&R love them but I am not a huge fan of buying them frozen. These pretzel covered ones are fresh, delicious and super playful!
