Creamy Sausage Bowtie Pasta

Pasta tops the list for me and my family when it comes to our favorite type of meal. The kids love any buttered noodle and I love the warm comfort food feeling it always gives. Pasta is so very versatile and adapts to almost any combination of sauce, meat, and veggie. We had Italian sausage in a pasta dish recently and loved it. It was sweet but spicy in all the right ways. I decided right away to create my own combo of flavors to go along with it.

You can choose any of your favorite green veggies here – peppers, broccoli, cabbage – that you think your family would like the most. Meaning… which vegetable your kids will actually EAT!

This recipe can be made GLUTEN and DAIRY free! Simply use gluten free noodles and either nutritional yeast or dairy free cheese in place of the bowties and parmesan.
