Avocados are by far one of my top 5 favorite foods. When you can mush those up and put them on chips and tacos or slice them up for salads, or eggs – SOLD! The possibilities are really endless. I have come up with 3 easy guacamole recipes. Each has more ingredients than the last and they all build on each other. You can make a great guacamole with the things you have in your fridge!

Runny eggs, salty meat, a delicious english muffin, and that hollandaise sauce. It’s creamy, silky, and smooth. It’s so simple! Continue reading “hollandaise sauce”
Big R LOVES him some pizza. I do too! But, unfortunately I am lactose intolerant and cannot enjoy it as often as I would like. I found a few products that are super tasty and now we can make yummy pizza at home! Continue reading “homemade pizza (GF/DF)”
