It turns out that the old fashioned way of bread making helps break down the gluten in wheat. I have been seeing lots of research that says making my own bread could mean I could eat it once in a while even with a sensitivity to gluten! Bread making has always intimidated me but one night I decided to give it a go!

Lasagna. One of my favorite foods of all time. My mother (R&R’s grammy) makes the absolute best lasagna. Avocados are by far one of my top 5 favorite foods. When you can mush those up and put them on chips and tacos or slice them up for salads, or eggs – SOLD! The possibilities are really endless. I have come up with 3 easy guacamole recipes. Each has more ingredients than the last and they all build on each other. You can make a great guacamole with the things you have in your fridge!

Runny eggs, salty meat, a delicious english muffin, and that hollandaise sauce. It’s creamy, silky, and smooth. It’s so simple! Continue reading “hollandaise sauce”
